Quality Checker

with deep expertise in

trouser front & back detailing

to strengthen our production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-line and end-line inspection of trousers during production. Check

front construction

details: Waistband shape & alignment Fly stitch accuracy (zipper, buttons, hooks) Pocket placements, pleats, darts Label positioning and drawcord alignment (if applicable) Check

back construction

details: Patch pocket symmetry and alignment Back dart finishing, yoke seam, center back alignment Waist fit and back rise consistency Ensure

measurement accuracy

as per size spec sheets. Identify

sewing defects, stitch quality issues

, skipped stitches, loose threads, or any uneven construction. Ensure trims and accessories (zippers, snap buttons, elastic, drawcords) are attached as per BOM. Collaborate with supervisors and tailors for corrective actions. Maintain daily QC reports and escalate critical defects to the Quality Head.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in trouser quality checking. Strong technical knowledge of trouser patterns and construction. Ability to read and interpret spec sheets and measurement charts. Attention to detail and consistency in quality standards. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under tight production timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling both

woven (cotton, twill)

and

technical fabrics (nylon, spandex blends)

. Exposure to quality control in

cargo pants or utility trousers

will be a major plus.
