Job Title: Quality Checker

Location: Umbergaon - Tembhi, Gujarat

Department: Production / Quality Assurance

Experience: 1-3 Years (preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Checker to ensure that products meet the required quality and safety standards. The role involves inspecting, testing, and monitoring materials and finished goods during various stages of production to maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products as per quality standards.

Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and report to the supervisor or quality head.

Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, rejection data, and daily quality records.

Conduct random checks on production lines to ensure consistency.

Support process improvements by providing feedback on quality issues.

Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety protocols.

Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and measuring instruments.

Requirements:

Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical or relevant field preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years in quality checking or inspection in a manufacturing setup.

Skills:

Knowledge of measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic understanding of ISO / quality systems

Good communication and reporting skills

Salary:

?15000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
