Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Academic Counselor Quality Checker

to ensure high-quality counseling interactions and accurate information delivery. The role focuses on monitoring counseling performance, maintaining quality standards, analyzing campaigns, and supporting continuous improvement in student experience.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate academic counseling calls and interactions for quality and compliance Check accuracy of course, admission, and program information shared by counselors Assess communication skills, empathy, and overall student handling Maintain quality scorecards, reports, and share feedback with counselors Identify quality gaps, support calibration, and suggest process improvements Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports with stakeholders Conduct

to ensure accuracy and follow-up Perform

campaign analysis and quality checks

to evaluate performance Analyze

academic counselor profiles

for effectiveness and areas of improvement Communicate with the team to improve counseling quality, leads handling, and overall performance

Eligibility & Requirements

1-3 years of experience in Academic Counseling Quality / Call Quality role Experience in EdTech or education counseling preferred Strong listening, analytical, and evaluation skills Good communication skills and working knowledge of MS Excel Graduation required
