Job Description

Inspection and Testing:

Examining raw materials, products at various stages of production, and finished goods to identify defects and non-conformances.

Data Collection and Reporting:

Maintaining detailed records of inspections, including measurements, test results, and defects found.

Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating defects and non-compliance to supervisors and collaborating on corrective actions.

Process Improvement:

Identifying areas for improvement in production processes and recommending adjustments to ensure consistent quality.

Adherence to Standards:

Ensuring products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Safety Compliance:

Following safety protocols during inspections and production activities.

Maintaining Records:

Keeping accurate records of inspections, test results, and defect reports.

Training:

Training new team members on quality control procedures and standards.
