The Quality Checker will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets the defined quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements of MyScaai Bharat Construction. The role focuses on monitoring materials, workmanship, and site practices to maintain consistency, compliance, and excellence across all stages of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular quality inspections at project sites to ensure adherence to approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
Verify the quality of construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, concrete, tiles, and finishing materials before and during use.
Monitor and evaluate workmanship for civil, structural, and finishing works (plastering, flooring, painting, joinery, etc.).
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports (NCR).
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to address and rectify quality issues.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, company SOPs, and safety standards during execution.
Assist in implementing quality checklists, audit systems, and documentation procedures.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring all work meets client expectations and project timelines.
Maintain quality records for handover documentation and audits.
Report recurring issues and suggest corrective/preventive measures for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and IS quality standards.
Experience in concrete testing, material inspection, and finish quality evaluation.
Eye for detail with strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with QA/QC checklists, reports, and non-conformance management.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic AutoCAD preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
3-10 years in construction quality control or site supervision.
Preferred Industry:
Residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.
