Responsible for producing documents as per client instructions on MS Office / Creative platform
Excellent PowerPoint skills including animation / transition effects
Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designs
Quality check the document output produced by the Document Specialists, before delivering to the end client, and report all impediments to the Training Manager / Process Trainer / Client Manager
To be involved in all training program organized by Williams Lea part of orientation, induction and performance
To be able to mentor and coach the set of members on their technical skills and to bring them up to required performance
Produce all necessary reports related to Quality, Efficiency and other parameters to gauge performance of the Presentation Specialists / Team
Works closely with Workflow Coordinators / Training Manager on a daily basis Hours of Work
Willingness to work on day & night shifts (9 hours) on a rotation / continuous basis
Flexibility to work on demand as per operational requirements
Adaptable to work on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays
Educational Qualification o Bachelors Degree in any discipline (preferable in Commerce / Arts / Literature) o MS Office 2016 / 2013 certification / qualification (preferable) with knowledge of Adobe suite (advantage
