Job Purpose:

To ensure that the production line operates efficiently and that finished products meet the required quality standards through regular checks, timely reporting, and coordination with the production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine checks on the diaper production line to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. Monitor product dimensions, sealing, absorption, and packaging integrity at various stages of production. Identify and segregate non-conforming products and report deviations immediately. Maintain accurate inspection records and update log sheets regularly. Assist in root cause analysis for product defects in coordination with the QA team. Ensure proper labeling, batch coding, and packing standards are maintained. Support the production team in implementing corrective actions. Follow safety and hygiene standards strictly within the production environment.

Educational Qualifications:

ITI /Diploma / BSc. / Msc

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a Line Checker or in a similar role in the diaper or any product manufacturing industry.

Key Skills:

Attention to detail Basic knowledge of quality control parameters Familiarity with hygiene product standards (especially diapers) Good communication and teamwork skills Basic documentation and reporting ability

Pay: ?8,923.21 - ?15,000.00 per month
