About the Role

Idinaso Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a

Quality Check Supervisor

to ensure product quality, oversee secure deliveries, and handle client interactions during delivery. This is a

field-based role

, requiring attention to detail, plant knowledge, good knowledge of the

Kolkata market

, and effective situation management.

Candidates must be based in Kolkata and should possess a two-wheeler for field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and verify the quality of items before and during dispatch. Ensure secure packaging and safe delivery of products. Manage client dealing during deliveries and ensure satisfaction. Handle on-site situations effectively and provide quick solutions. Maintain records of inspections, deliveries, and client feedback. Coordinate with the operations team to uphold quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

Graduation in Agriculture OR Diploma in Civil Engineering. Knowledge of plants and

Kolkata market trends

. Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, record-keeping).

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail. Good client-handling and communication skills. Effective problem-solving and situation management. Ability to work independently in the field. Good time management and organizational abilities.
