Key Responsibilities

Raw Material Inspection

Inspect incoming raw dry fruits for quality, size, color, moisture, and infestation Verify supplier quality and reject substandard materials Maintain raw material inspection records

Process Quality Control

Monitor cleaning, sorting, roasting (if applicable), and packing processes Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation practices are followed on the shop floor Check for foreign matter, contamination, and damage during processing

Finished Goods Inspection

Inspect packed dry fruits for weight accuracy, sealing, labeling, and appearance Ensure packaging meets food safety and company standards Approve or reject finished goods before dispatch

Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with

FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP

standards Maintain quality documentation, checklists, and reports Support internal and external audits

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily quality check reports Report quality issues and deviations to management Assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Training & Awareness

Train production and packing staff on quality and hygiene practices Ensure use of PPE such as gloves, masks, hairnets, etc.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

12th / Diploma / Graduate

(Food Technology preferred) Experience in food processing / dry fruits / FMCG manufacturing preferred Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP) Attention to detail and observation skills Basic documentation and record-keeping skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
