Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Check Executive to inspect, test, and ensure the quality and functionality of the Rugged devices, tablets, mobile computers, or handheld terminals before dispatch or after repair. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, technical know-how, and experience in hardware/software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform functional and physical inspection of mobile computing devices. Test hardware components: display, touch, buttons, camera, ports, battery, speaker/microphone, etc. Validate software configurations, firmware versions, and application performance. Identify defects, non-conformities, or inconsistencies in devices. Maintain accurate QC records, test logs, and defect reports. Collaborate with repair/service teams to troubleshoot and retest faulty devices. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications. Conduct incoming QC for components and outgoing QC before device shipment. Update and maintain QC documentation and checklists. Provide feedback for process improvements and contribute to root cause analysis.
