Job Description

A Maruti dealer's Quality Care Manager (QCM) is responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and product quality standards by managing customer complaints, conducting post-sale follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with company protocols. Key duties include handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, overseeing RTO and delivery-related tasks, and analyzing quality indicators to drive improvements. Core responsibilities

Customer satisfaction:

Manage and resolve customer complaints, conduct post-sales follow-ups, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Quality assurance:

Maintain high product and service quality standards, achieve customer delight goals, and conduct root cause analysis of complaints.

Administrative tasks:

Handle administrative duties related to the customer care department, such as preparing the RC list, managing RTO work, and tracking customer information.

Team coordination:

Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure all customer-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Data and reporting:

Collect and analyze quality indicator reports, monitor customer feedback through daily and periodic reports, and ensure adherence to Sales and Operations Standards (SOS).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
