Job responsibilities:
Responsible for analyzing customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions using quality tools.
Responsible for addressing daily in-process complaints, forming teams, and resolving chronic issues through effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Responsible for the creation and management of IAR for part and process-related issues in the Q Concern Portal, ensuring thorough documentation and tracking of quality issues.
Core lead for cross-functional teams using structured quality tools (8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, FTA) to address and resolve critical manufacturing issues.
Core lead for process audits to evaluate adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
Red Table & Cross-functional Collaboration: Managed red table meetings to resolve non- conformance issues, collaborating with teams to implement preventive actions.
KAIZEN Leadership: Led cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives using the KAIZEN methodology to drive incremental process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsible for CFT member of PFC, PFMEA, CP and POKA YOKE creating and improving on regular basis based on In-house & customer complaints.
Responsible for serving as the 5S Champion for the Engine Plant Zone, driving continuous improvement in workplace organization, safety, and efficiency.
Responsible for consolidating and reporting quality issues related to process assembly, vehicle- level defects, and defective parts, and presenting findings to management
