2.Should conduct sessions for new updates related to process.
3.Optimal use of technology.
4.Introducing training programs. Required Candidate profile * 2+ years experience in BPO as a Quality Analyst .
* Complete outflow analysis and identified quality outlier.
* Fluency in English and Hindi is Mandatory.
