A well-known developer house in Kolkata is seeking a

Quality Auditor

with solid experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction projects and properties comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements, supporting the Quality Head and contributing to the overall success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites, reviewing blueprints, specifications, and building materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. Identify non-conformities and deviations from established construction practices, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Review construction documentation, including permits, building codes, and project specifications, to verify regulatory adherence. Evaluate construction processes for effectiveness and implement quality control measures for continuous improvement. Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders. Assist the Quality Head in managing quality assurance initiatives. Stay updated on industry regulations, building codes, and quality assurance best practices. Conduct training sessions to promote a quality-driven culture among construction teams. Proactively identify opportunities for improving quality and operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven knowledge of construction processes, materials, and relevant building codes within the real estate sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and recommend practical solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) are a plus. Prior experience specifically in real estate quality auditing is essential.
