Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Quality Checking Executive to ensure consistent product quality across multiple production locations. This role will be responsible for conducting inline, endline, and final inspections, identifying defects, driving corrective actions, and strengthening quality practices on the production floor.

The ideal candidate is active, observant, and confident on the shop floor, with strong garment quality knowledge and the ability to work independently across locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards, reducing rework, and ensuring customer and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Inspection & Audits

Conduct inline, endline, and final quality inspections as per company and client standards. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to AQL levels, specifications, and quality parameters. Perform random audits across cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and final goods. Identify and classify defects as Critical, Major, or Minor. Ensure timely corrective actions are implemented by production teams.

2. Defect Analysis & Quality Improvement

Analyse recurring defects and identify root causes. Work closely with supervisors and production teams to reduce defects and improve process controls. Track defect trends and suggest preventive and improvement measures.

3. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily and weekly quality audit reports with complete data, observations, and images. Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks, audit findings, and non-conformance reports. Share audit findings clearly with the QA Manager and production teams.

4. Coordination & On-Ground Guidance

Coordinate with production, finishing, and merchandising teams for quality follow-ups. Guide supervisors and community members/workers on quality standards and best practices. Support teams in understanding and implementing quality expectations on the shop floor.

5. Travel & Multi-Site Monitoring

Travel regularly to different local production units as part of quality audits. Ensure compliance with company quality processes across all assigned locations.

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

Experience in garment/textile/apparel quality control or quality auditing. Good understanding of garment defects, AQL standards, inspection techniques, and quality parameters. Ability to prepare clear, structured quality reports (Excel, Word, QC formats). High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Ability to work independently and take ownership on the shop floor. Willingness to travel locally on a regular basis.

Good to Have

Graduation in any stream (Apparel Manufacturing / Quality Management preferred). Experience working with garment factories, export houses, or QA departments. Exposure to multi-unit production environments.

Pay: ?27,808.08 - ?35,338.61 per month
