The Manager - Audit Quality will play a critical role in KPMG's 2nd Line of Defense (2LoD), focusing on audit quality, professional skepticism, and enhancing team capabilities. This role provides real-time support and coaching to engagement teams, ensuring audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards. Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct independent, in-depth reviews of significant risks and key areas of focus on audit engagements. ? Ensure Key Audit Matters (KAM) compliance in engagement files. ? Provide coaching and support to audit teams to enhance "learning on the job." ? Drive efficiency in audit approaches and methodologies. ? Contribute to other Quality & Risk initiatives, including audit milestone monitoring, monthly Q&R MIS, standardization, and audit quality project management. Additional Information: ? Non-client facing role. ? Early joiners preferred (Max 30 days notice period). ? CTC Budget & Brackets: ? Manager 1 (5-7 yrs): ?20-22 LPA ? Manager 2 (7-8 yrs): ?24-26 LPA ? Manager 3 (8+ yrs): ?26.5-29 LPA ? Evaluated for ~30% hike on current CTC.
