Job Description

Qualification:

1. Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and quality standards.

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in quality inspection or auditing, preferably in interior fit-outs or construction projects.

Role:

To inspect interior works and ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards and project specifications. The auditor helps maintain high-quality finishes and identifies any defects or deviations.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough site inspections of interior works including painting, flooring, carpentry, and fixtures.

2. Check materials and workmanship against project specifications and quality standards.

3. Identify and document defects or non-conformance issues.

4. Prepare detailed inspection reports with observations and photographs.

5. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely corrective actions.

6. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations.

7. Support project teams in maintaining quality throughout the project lifecycle.
