As an Employment Specialist - Offer Audit/Compliance, you are responsible for final audit of all offer details ensuring compliance and accuracy. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. As an auditor, you will be held to a daily KPI and the team is held to an offer SLA.

Responsibilities include:

• Audit offer details and offer letters in ICIMs to ensure hiring compliance and accuracy
• Work with Recruiting Team and Randstad Recruiting Associates to address compliance issues
• Track findings on shared spreadsheet and email
• Other special audit projects

Basic qualifications include:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 9 months in current role
• 1+ year experience with auditing in any capacity
• 1+ year experience with Customer Service

Preferred qualifications include:

• Very fast to learn new technology and process
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Good attendance is crucial
• Working knowledge of excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Unafraid to ask questions, research answers and be proactive when they spot inaccurate data
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
