We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Quality Auditor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting

virtual audits of retail stores

to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. The role involves evaluating store operations, visual merchandising, cleanliness, customer service protocols, and policy adherence via digital tools, video calls, and recorded footage. You will also prepare comprehensive audit reports and provide recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual audits of retail stores using remote monitoring tools (e.g., video conferencing, CCTV footage, digital checklists, photo reviews). Assess compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), merchandising guidelines, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols. Evaluate store performance against established benchmarks and KPIs. Document audit findings with high accuracy, clarity, and photographic/video evidence where applicable. Submit detailed audit reports and scorecards in a timely manner. Identify potential risks and areas for improvement, and escalate critical issues when necessary. Collaborate with store managers and internal stakeholders to explain findings and suggest corrective actions. Maintain records of audit activities and support data tracking for ongoing quality assurance. Participate in the development and refinement of audit checklists and procedures. Stay updated on policy changes, retail trends, and compliance requirements.
