The Quality Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service across all branches of Burma Burma Restaurant. This role involves conducting regular audits, analyzing operational processes, and recommending improvements to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Audits:
Conduct routine and surprise quality audits at all restaurant branches to assess food preparation, safety standards, and service quality.
Inspect ingredients, kitchen facilities, storage conditions, and cooking processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Evaluate cleanliness and sanitation practices in dining areas, kitchen spaces, and restrooms.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
Review and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen operations, food handling, and customer service.
Data Collection & Reporting:
Collect data from audits and provide detailed reports on findings, highlighting areas of improvement.
Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to implement corrective actions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality control and ensure timely interventions when necessary.
Training & Development:
Conduct training sessions for staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Develop materials and protocols for continuous improvement in quality management.
Customer Feedback:
Review customer feedback related to food quality and service.
Investigate and address any quality-related complaints or incidents, ensuring prompt resolution.
Supplier Management:
Audit suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet the company's quality specifications.
Monitor the quality of food items received from suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Prior experience in food safety auditing, quality control, or a similar role (2-3 years preferred).
Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple restaurant locations.
Working Conditions:
Requires frequent travel to various restaurant branches.
Work schedule may include weekends or holidays based on audit needs.
