Role Overview



As a

Quality Auditor

, you will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of conversations handled by our AI voice bots. You will audit sample calls, identify issues, prepare structured reports, and collaborate with both internal teams and enterprise customers to ensure improvements are implemented. Beyond audits, you will contribute insights for product enhancements, report bugs, and support platform testing.

This role is designed to be a

launchpad

for smart, detail-oriented freshers who want to grow in the fields of QA, analytics, and conversational AI. You will not only audit calls but also gain exposure to product improvement, customer success, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities



Audit sample AI-handled calls across enterprise customers to evaluate conversation quality, accuracy, and customer experience. Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or errors in conversations and suggest actionable improvements. Prepare clear and structured

audit reports

with findings, insights, and recommendations. Share audit reports with

enterprise customers

and collaborate with internal teams to ensure closure of reported issues. Build a strong understanding of the Fundamento platform, customer use cases, and enterprise requirements. Report recurring issues, bugs, and edge cases with clarity to product and engineering teams. Support new feature testing and provide structured feedback. Track and report key quality metrics for internal dashboards and client reviews. Continuously recommend process improvements to enhance bot performance and audit efficiency.

Who We're Looking For



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred). Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication skills (English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus). Ability to create professional reports and present findings to enterprise customers. Interest in conversational AI, customer experience, or QA processes. Freshers with demonstrated learning agility and curiosity are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹13,365.97 - ₹40,000.00 per month
