Roles & Responsibilities:-
1. Must have knowledge on call Quality analysis of the call flow.
2. Should conduct sessions for new updates related to the process.
3. Optimal use of technology.
4. Introducing training programs.
5. Good written, verbal and listening skills.

1. 1+ year relevant experience required.
2. Ability to quickly and efficiently adapt process knowledge.
3. Exhibit patience and ability to explain/help team members.
4. Good team player with analytical skills and high energy levels.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Shif:- 6 Days working.
Job Location: Should be willing to relocate to Chandigarh. we don\'t provide work from home opportunity
