Content moderators serve as an important line of defense by helping improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining hands-on job experience. You will continuously deliver value to our clients, while making a larger impact on society. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Content moderation is meaningful work that may be challenging at times. In the context of this role, individuals may directly or inadvertently be exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g:, graphic, violent, sexual and egregious) and will need strong resilience and coping skills. Capability to assess the potential risks associated with various types of content via data analysis Attention to Detail: Keen eye for identifying inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content. * Decision Making: Skill in making well-informed and consistent content approval or rejection decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities: oLead quality, training, rooT Cause and other data analvsis to the regional delivery centre Be Client POC of the Site for any Quality/Training related questions, issues & resolution Drive and manage regional initiatives Lead the QA/Training team in problem prevention and continuous improvement strategies for projects Accountable for the site QA/Training performance Identify improvement opportunities and QA/Training process optimizations Monitor and measure team s quality/training performance against defined criteria as part of the quality/training framework Define and plan project level programs, provide support guidelines for the duration of the projects as well as deliver Work closely with the operations team to highlight quality anc training performance areas for focus and operational action items Lead calibration exercises with other regional GA & Training Site Leads Performance management, career counselling, coschine. performance development, 1:1 s, mentoring Drive overall performance of the teams, ensure there is alignment on this across all products Be accountable for the team s performance both overall and on a product level - KP| and SLAs Consistently drive quality and best practices at the highest level within the region Contribute to the QA/Training team s development, identify quality & training needs, and share knowledge within the team Define, create, maintain, and communicate the strategy for your team in alignment with management
