What would you do?

Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / connect via social media to generate leads, schedule first meetings for sales/pre-sales, conduct customer surveys, identify participants for events, and bring awareness of the product or offering on behalf of sales/marketing teams.

What are we looking for?

Quality Analyst who can monitor calls and emails and ensure that the errors are reduced and Performance driven factors are adhered. o Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. o Excellent technical aptitude with the ability to analyze and decipher large amounts of customer data. o Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management. o Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems o Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture o You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments o Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others o In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
