What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This may include the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement.
What are we looking for? oVisual Design oUI/UX Design 1. BA/BS degree in Design or Communications or Visual Design (a MUST) oUI/UX, Visual Design 1. 7+ years' experience in creating compelling and engaging digital video content 2. Motion graphics design experience - a MUST 3. Basic shooting and editing skills and familiarity with AV systems 4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Internet 5. Strong communication and people skills 6. Strong time and resource management skills 7. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator 8. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere related to video edits, audio syncs/edits 9. Excellent attention to detail 10. Visual problem solver - you can identify and solve motion design issues 11. Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic 12. Ability to shift priorities quickly & change direction 13. Written and verbal communication skills in English 14. Autonomy in balancing day to day workload, priorities, and schedule is expected. 15. Flexibility to work in any work shifts or rotational shifts as required
Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts 1. Lead selected projects through all phases of production including creative development, pre-production, production, post-production, finishing/delivery. 2. Should be able to plan timelines, highlight risks and come up with mitigation plans for all deliverables 3. Stay abreast of new trends in content and technology in the video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies 4. Optimize video content for all social platforms and distribution channels 5. Ensure compliance with visual brand standards and adhere to A/V technical specifications 6. Manage workload effectively - prioritize time to maximize productivity while maintaining standards of creativity and quality 7. To perform research and identify various plugins which can enhance and exhilarate the video production work 8. Balance multiple projects, and proactively communicate delivery issues to leaders 9. Consistently demonstrate professionalism and design best practices 10. Review, edit, and rework videos as needed 11. Ability to take the ownership of the projects and deliver timely and quality results. 12. Thinks and Acts Decisively - The ability to anticipate issues and to proactively ensure that they do not materialize is required
