Reporting to the Loyalty Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing quality assurance standards, testing strategies, and processes that support the organization's IT services. The position demands a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, establish, and maintain quality assurance measures and testing standards for new developments and enhancements.
Communicate test progress, results, and quality assessments of application changes to stakeholders.
Analyze test outcomes to detect and report defects effectively.
Collaborate with business users to plan and execute comprehensive tests across multiple environments.
Perform manual testing and debugging of both front-end and back-end applications, including web services.
Handle complex test data and environment setups for thorough validation.
Debug defects that span multiple systems and components.
Work closely with Product, QA Automation, and Development teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Manage multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize results into actionable insights.
Proactively identify and recommend new tools, processes, and approaches to continuously improve testing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent extensive experience in application test planning and execution.
5 to 10 years of experience in
Manual Testing
, especially in testing APIs, web applications, or enterprise software.
Proven experience working within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
Experience testing client-facing applications and localized websites.
Strong prioritization and execution skills in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
Experience mentoring or training other team members is a plus.
Tools and Technologies:
Proficient in
Manual Testing
methodologies and best practices.
Hands-on experience with
API Testing
using tools like
Postman
.
Experience with
Responsive Design Testing
to ensure optimal user experience across devices.
Familiarity with
JIRA

Confluence
for issue tracking and documentation.
Understanding of
Chrome Dev Tools
for debugging and inspection.

APIs.
Exposure to continuous integration and deployment tools such as

Experience testing mobile and tablet designs, with expertise in mobile-first design patterns and breakpoint impacts on layout.
