Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join our small, agile team and contribute to the quality and success of our exciting app platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to be deeply involved in the entire testing lifecycle as well as provide valuable input on user experience and interface improvements.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manual testing across the application. Perform comprehensive testing on Mobile UI, API functionality, and responsive design to ensure seamless performance across devices. Document identified issues clearly and track them through resolution. Prepare detailed test reports highlighting findings, test coverage, and risks. Execute basic automation testing to support regression and functional tests. Provide insightful UI/UX suggestions to improve user interactions and visual design. Collaborate closely with developers and designers in a small, highly interactive team environment. Take ownership of quality contribution, ensuring timely delivery of tested features.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in testing (Web apps), including UAT and issue documentation. Familiarity with Mobile UI testing, API testing, responsive web testing, and web app security testing. Experience testing LMS (multi-tenant), SaaS platforms Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and scripting is a plus. An eye for UI/UX improvements and ability to communicate suggestions effectively. Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working in a tight-knit team. Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality software.
