We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our web and mobile applications through meticulous test planning, execution, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and execute comprehensive test cases for web and mobile applications
Perform manual testing across multiple platforms and devices
Identify, document, and track software defects with clear reproduction steps
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements
Participate in agile development processes and provide quality assurance input
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation
Validate new features and regression test existing functionality
Required Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional QA/testing experience
Proven experience writing detailed test cases from requirements/specifications
Hands-on experience testing both web applications and mobile apps (iOS/Android)
Familiarity with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, qTest, or similar)
Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA preferred)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare/healthtech domain
Familiarity with CRM systems or similar business applications
Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.)
Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
