In charge for Quality control and assurance of Cheese.
What you'll do:
Oversee the testing done by the subordinates as per the SOPs and ensure accuracy of testing and reporting.
Release of products for market on basis of specifications / customer requirement.
Ensure preparation of various customer documentation & reports, Consumer complaint analysis and redresses, and
handling of market returns, Rejections etc.
To check & maintain the record properly & to verify the testing of the on line products
Handle Statutory & Customer audits, documentation in coordination with Systems Team. Comply with the
requirements of Food Safety Management Systems, 5S, GLP activities.
Active liasoning with production dept. regarding feedback about product quality on day to day basis.
Reply to customer complaints, weekly complaint responses and various reports etc
Sensory evaluation of manufactured products, shelf-life samples and new developing products with team.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy science, Dairy Microbiology, Food Technology
8+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Production
Proven leadership experience in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to make good business decisions quickly
Excellent analytical Skills
