Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will act as the central compliance and quality authority within the Digital Marketing Agency. This role ensures that SOPs, workflows, timelines, and data integrity are maintained across all departments including Design, Video, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily check-in and check-out processes of creative and marketing teams Ensure all project data, task updates, and campaign details are accurately maintained in internal systems Enforce adherence to agency SOPs, workflows, and delivery standards Identify process deviations and hold teams accountable Conduct regular quality audits on digital marketing deliverables Track turnaround times, efficiency, and compliance metrics Prepare weekly and monthly organizational performance reports Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions Act as the final internal quality checkpoint before outputs move forward

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Process Management within an agency environment Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and SOPs Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills Strong reporting and data analysis capabilities Ability to coordinate across creative, marketing, and operations teams Disciplined, process-driven, and assertive professional
