To support the Quality operations, we are recruiting a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Gokak.
Purpose:- This role is responsible for managing, developing and optimizing customer satisfaction through stringent monitoring of quality parameters, enabling HACCP study and involving in RCA wherever there is any process deviation.
Reporting to the QA Manager and working as part of QA team, you will be responsible for supporting overall site QA activities.
What we would love about you:

• To Carry out the day to day analysis of microbiology parameters as per customer/regulatory requirement.

To monitor the Environment Micro Plan program as per the specified frequency.

• To train, retrain the team members of hygiene supervisors, packing section personnel.

• To upkeep the GLP records and standard analysis procedures. To enhance the methodology of analysis

• To improve the efficacy of the analysis and compliance of statutory and regulatory requirements.

• To support plant hygiene team by providing the feedbacks.

• To attend customer complaints related to microbiological aspects.

• To communicate the trend of microbial parameter performance to process stake holders on various frequencies as defined.

• To work on new methodology to adopt along with corporate team members.

• To work with cross functional team to build the Quality and food safety culture.

• To maintain the budget for Microbiology analysis.

• To ensure the calibration of equipment's as per schedule - internal and external.

Key Competencies / Requirements
Graduation / PG in Microbiology with 5 years of micro analysis experience.
Good communications skills - English and Kannada.
Well versed with computer skills - MS office (mandatory) or any ERP (not mandatory).
Good analytical skills.
Sound knowledge on Schedule M, GMP requirements of food industry.
