We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Quality Assurance Specialist who plays a key role in ensuring that all CFO services delivered by our CA firm meet high standards of accuracy, compliance, and consistency. This position focuses on in-depth review, analysis, and improvement of accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and advisory processes. The Quality Assurance Specialist acts as a subject-matter expert, bridging operational teams and management to strengthen quality, risk management, and service excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform detailed reviews of accounting records, financial statements, MIS reports, and CFO deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Analyze workflows to identify quality gaps, risks, and root causes of recurring issues.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve process accuracy and efficiency.
Support development and enhancement of SOPs, quality checklists, and review frameworks.
Coordinate with CFO managers, accounting teams, and compliance functions to resolve quality observations.
Conduct periodic quality audits and thematic reviews across client engagements.
Track quality metrics, review outcomes, and improvement actions.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior quality and operations staff.
Support audit, due diligence, and regulatory inspections through quality readiness and documentation control.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and best practice adoption.

Qualification and Recruitment Requirement

CMA / CPA preferred; CA Inter / CMA Inter with relevant experience may also be considered.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
4-6 years of experience in accounting, audit, CFO services, internal audit, or quality assurance roles in a CA firm or professional services environment.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to review complex financial information.
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
