Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure that all client loan files submitted through the CRM comply with Australian banking standards and lender requirements. This includes stringent compliance checks, client retention communications, and maintaining high-quality standards in the loan documentation process for Australian clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed audits of loan files submitted on the portals, ensuring full compliance with Australian banking regulations and lender-specific guidelines.
Verify accuracy and completeness of documents, data entries, and loan processing steps aligned with Australian mortgage compliance standards.
Make client retention calls focused on Australian clients to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and improve retention.
Identify compliance gaps or quality issues and work closely with processing teams to implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate reports on compliance audits, quality metrics, and client retention activities for management review.
Stay current with evolving Australian mortgage regulations, lender policies, and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
1-4 years' experience in mortgage quality assurance or compliance, preferred with Australian banks or lenders.
Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage lending regulations and compliance protocols preferred
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills with experience in client engagement and retention calls tailored to the Australian market.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for quality checks.
