We are seeking a dedicated and proven Manual QA Tester to ensure the flawless quality of our digital projects. You will be responsible for rigorously testing a dynamic portfolio that includes websites, e-commerce platforms (especially Shopify), CRM solutions, and mobile applications (iOS/Android). The Manual QA will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve software defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Design, write, and
execute comprehensive manual test cases
for web, e-commerce, and native mobile apps.
Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and exploratory testing across various browsers and devices.
Specialized Testing:
Deeply test e-commerce features, payment gateways, third-party integrations, and customizations, with a focus on Shopify builds.
Identify, clearly document, and track defects using a bug tracking system (e.g., Jira) and verify fixes.
Act as the quality gatekeeper, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases.
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
* Relevant certifications in quality management or quality assurance are a plus
