Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in

Electrical / Electronics Engineering

. Minimum 2 - 10 years of experience with electrical products (panel boards, switchgear, cable trays, etc.).

Role Overview:

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all products, processes, and systems meet the company's quality standards and comply with customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring production activities, conducting inspections and tests, and implementing quality assurance procedures to maintain product reliability, safety, and performance.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and ISO 9001 systems. Hands-on experience with inspection tools and testing procedures. Familiar with quality standards applicable to electrical panels, fabrication, or manufacturing. Analytical mindset with problem-solving and documentation skills.

Additional Preferred Knowledge (Industry-Specific):

Electrical product testing (e.g., insulation resistance, continuity, high-voltage tests). Familiarity with drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and wiring layouts. Experience with panel board manufacturing (PCC, MCC, DBs, etc.) or fabrication of cable trays and enclosures.
