Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Lead with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad & Load Runner Tool to lead the performance testing track in Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Implementation / Upgrade Programs. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand non-functional requirements. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing performance testing strategies, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to ensure system reliability and scalability. Key Responsibilities: o Lead end-to-end performance testing lifecycle for large-scale applications. o Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad. o Define performance test strategy, scope, and objectives aligned with business and technical requirements. o Coordinate and manage performance test environments and data setup. o Collaborate with development, functional and infrastructure teams to analyze performance bottlenecks. o Monitor system behavior under load using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic). o Support root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations. o Mentor junior testers and provide technical guidance on best practices. Required Skills & Experience: o 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering. o Strong expertise in Performance Testing Tool (NeoLoad and Load Runner) including scripting, test execution, and analysis. o Solid understanding of protocols like HTTP(s), Web Services, REST, SOAP, and database queries. o Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and metrics (CPU, memory, threads, GC, etc.). o Experience working in agile/scrum development environments. o Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
