Summary: As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will provide essential support to quality assurance directors, ensuring that quality standards are met across various projects. Your typical day will involve conducting thorough quality assurance reviews, collaborating with recovery teams, and engaging in root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures. - Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation. - Strong analytical skills to assess quality metrics and performance indicators. - Experience in conducting quality audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives. - Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering Strategy Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
