Summary: As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, you will provide essential support to quality assurance directors, ensuring that quality standards are met across various projects. Your typical day will involve conducting thorough quality assurance reviews, collaborating with recovery teams, and engaging in root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with quality objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Quality Assurance. - Strong understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with automated testing tools and techniques. - Ability to develop and execute test plans and test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and management systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
