Job Description

Incoming Material Inspection

- Inspect and test all raw, packing and receipt materials as per approved specifications.

In-Process & Online Quality Checks

- Conduct online product and process inspections; ensure first part approval and line clearance before production.

Final Inspection & Documentation

- Perform final product inspection, prepare COA and verify batch documentation.

Customer Complaint Handling

- Investigate complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Calibration & Validation

- Maintain lab instruments, ensure timely calibration and support validation processes with production.

Quality Records & Reports

- Maintain inspection reports, concession requests and ensure proper control of documents and records.

ISO & Internal Audits

- Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation, participate in internal audits and assist in management reviews.

Specifications & Standards

- Establish and update product, raw material, packing material and test method specifications with approved samples.

Training & Housekeeping

- Conduct quality, hygiene and pest control trainings; ensure cleanliness and safety in production and lab areas.

Traceability & Lot Identification

- Ensure proper lot numbering and traceability for all batches and materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
