Role Overview
This dual-role position combines
Quality Assurance (ISO Standards)
responsibilities with
Business Development (BDE)
activities. The candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO requirements while also contributing to business growth through lead generation, client communication, and service promotion.
Candidates with
ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification
are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
A. Quality Assurance (ISO Standards)Quality Management System
Assist in implementing and maintaining QMS as per ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
Prepare, update, and maintain quality documentation (SOPs, manuals, WI).
Ensure process compliance across departments.
Internal Audits
Support in planning and conducting internal audits.
Prepare audit checklists, findings, NCR reports, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with departments for timely closure of non-conformities.
Documentation & CAPA
Maintain controlled documents, calibration records, and audit files.
Assist in root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
Ensure proper documentation practices (GDP).
Training & Coordination
Provide basic ISO/QMS awareness training to employees.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality initiatives and compliance activities.
B. Business Development Executive (BDE)Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calling, email outreach, networking, and online research.
Approach companies requiring ISO certifications, compliance services, or consultancy.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
Communicate company services professionally to clients.
Schedule meetings, presentations, and demos with prospects.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Market Research & Promotion
Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential customers.
Promote company services (ISO certification support, QMS consulting, compliance services, etc.).
Support marketing activities, events, and campaigns.
Sales & Reporting
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service offers.
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and weekly activity updates.
Work with management to meet business growth targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Management or related field.
Strong knowledge of
ISO standards
(ISO 9001 mandatory).
ISO Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor certification
preferred.
Good communication, presentation, and client handling skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
Experience
1-4 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Business Development.
Experience in certification, consulting, medical devices, manufacturing, or service industries is an added advantage.
