Designation:- QA Officer

Location: - Puducherry

Experience : - 4 to 7 years

:


BSC/MSC Chemistry with detergent/soap/handwash/personal care etc industry work exp is preferable. Other than that person working in chemical Industries can also be considered.


QA Executive shall be responsible for the Quality systems and Quality operations.


Good communication Skills, both written and verbal


Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills


Must know English & Hindi language to read, write and speak. Malayalam is optional.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Raw material testing and documentation


Packing material testing and documentation.


FG & SFG testing and documentation.


Quality Equipment's operation and Calibration


Quality System documentation Process as per requirements


Preparation of Volumetric Solution and standardisation


SAP QM operations


Online Process Quality checking and


Ensuring GLP/GMP


Computer operational Skills for the QA data base

Note- Home care(Detergent, soap, handwash, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner etc) background person is preferable. Other than that person working in Personal Care & Chemical industry can also be considered.

If yes what kind of materials
Laminates, Shippers, Woven sacks like materials able to test

• Have you aware about Volumetric Solution Preparations and standardisations

• Are you doing online Mfg products quality checks

• Have you known about detergent Bar, Powder, Liquid Mfg process
