Job Summary

AV Global is seeking highly experienced

Quality Assurance (QA) professionals

with strong expertise in the apparel manufacturing industry. The role focuses on ensuring end-to-end quality assurance across all production stages, maintaining buyer standards, reducing defects, and driving continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor quality assurance systems across cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing processes. Ensure strict adherence to buyer specifications, quality standards, and AQL requirements. Conduct inline, end-line, and final audits to ensure defect-free production. Analyze quality performance, defect trends, and root causes to implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and audit documentation. Handle buyer visits, third-party inspections, and compliance-related quality audits. Train and guide quality inspectors and line supervisors on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3 - 15 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance within the apparel manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, measurements, and finishing standards. In-depth understanding of AQL systems, buyer quality manuals, and export quality norms. Proven experience in handling buyer inspections and third-party audits. Ability to identify quality risks early and drive preventive quality measures. Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills. Experience in managing and mentoring QA and QC teams on the shop floor. Immediate availability and willingness to work in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in export-oriented garment manufacturing units Knowledge of ISO, SEDEX, or other compliance-related quality standards Strong analytical and documentation skills

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
