Responsible for ensuring quality assurance, compliance with FSSAI standards, and
maintaining food safety protocols across production units.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems and SOPs.
Conduct internal audits and ensure FSSAI compliance.
Manage product testing, quality checks, and corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.
Drive continuous improvement in food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology/Food Science.
Strong knowledge of FSSAI standards and HACCP.
Experience in food production quality control.
Leadership, analytical, and documentation skills.
