We are hiring a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure outbound finished goods meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards before dispatch. You will play a critical role in product verification, compliance, and documentation review for final release.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect packaging integrity, label accuracy, and batch traceability of finished goods
Verify packed units for compliance with specifications like appearance, MRP, expiry, and batch numbers
Conduct line clearance and final release checks before warehouse transfer or dispatch
Maintain QA checklists, dispatch logs, and batch release documentation
Identify and report non-conformances, and assist in implementing corrective actions
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and dispatch teams for QA holds and urgent shipments
Monitor proper storage and handling of finished goods
Support training of packing staff on SOPs and quality expectations
Key Skills & Qualifications
B.Pharm, B.Sc in Chemistry, or any related graduate degree preferred
2-4 years of QA experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries preferred
Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory compliance
Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
Good coordination and communication skills across teams
