We Are Hiring -- QA/QC Executive (Fruits & Vegetables / Fresh Produce)
Location:
Sonipat, Delhi
Experience:
2-4 years in QA/QC (F&V / Fresh Produce Sector)
Qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, Horticulture, Microbiology, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
? Inspect and evaluate incoming fruits & vegetables (grading, freshness, maturity, pesticide residue compliance)
? Monitor storage, handling, and dispatch operations with proper cold-chain management
? Maintain temperature & humidity logs; oversee pest control activities
? Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, GHP, GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000
standards
? Train staff on hygiene and safe handling practices
? Maintain all QA/QC documentation, traceability records, and support internal & external audits
