Conduct testing of raw materials, bulk blends, and finished products as per specifications.
Maintain testing records and ensure accuracy of analytical results.
Check and approve packaging quality, batch coding, MRP, and labeling.
B. Process Quality Monitoring
Monitor production processes to ensure GMP and SOP compliance.
Conduct in-process checks (weights, filling volume, leak tests, fragrance consistency).
Report deviations, defects, and take corrective actions.
C. Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain QC/QA documents including COA, batch records, SOPs, and audit documents.
Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain retention samples and stability study records.
D. Vendor & Material Quality
Inspect and approve raw and packing materials received.
Coordinate with purchase/vendor team for quality issues.
E. Audits & Quality Improvements
Participate in internal and external audits.
Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
Support continual improvement initiatives in quality and process standards.
