JD for Manual QA Tester- /Key Performance Areas & Competencies: Reviewing and analysing system specifications.
Reporting and documenting technical issues.
Create Test Cases.
Execute test cases analyse results.
Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Help troubleshoot issues.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA
methodologies.
Good team working and critical thinking skills.
You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester.
Knowledge of QA methodology.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Having SQL or any DB knowledge will be an add-on.
