The nako naturals group is young and dynamic Family-owned companies in Germany and India. We offer our tailor-made natural product solutions, the common raw material trade and joint developments for the food, dietary supplement, cosmetics and pharmaceutical manufacturers and retailers in Europe. At nako naturals GmbH, we only use natural raw materials and additives and procure them from long-standing partners in Brazil, India, China and European producers. In order to further expand our core brands nakoMIN and nakoRALS, we are looking for a committed Quality assurance m/f/d) as a part-time or full-time position at our location in Ernakulam, Kerla, India as soon as possible.
Tasks

• You collect supplier documents on product conformity and evaluate them in cooperation with the relevant departments.
• You will maintain the nako naturals product database in ERP and Sharepoint
• You create certificates for our customers and answer their inquiries
• Audits and supplier onboarding visits in India will be supported and/or carried out and monitored by you
• You research international legal requirements and relevant standards for product conformity
• You will be involved in the further development of our systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements for product safety, environmental protection and social standards in the supply chain
• You work closely with the Quality Manager based in Germany

Requirements

• completed technical or scientific bachelor degree or higher education
• At least 3 years of professional experience in quality control in the food industry
• Good (basic) knowledge of IFS (International Featured Standard) or comparable GFSI certifications and food safety, food fraud, etc.
• Enjoy challenges
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus
• Good MS Office knowledge, and ERP and CRM should not be a foreign word to you
