We're Hiring | QA Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

Qualification: B.Pharm, MSc.
Experience: 5+ Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function in our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines, while driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
? Ensure adherence to cGMP, ICH, and regulatory standards.
? Develop, implement & maintain quality policies, SOPs, and procedures.
? Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring training and motivation.
? Conduct internal audits, manage deviations & implement CAPAs.
? Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
? Collaborate with Production, QC & other departments to achieve quality goals.
? Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.

Strong knowledge of cGMP, ICH & regulatory requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams with a proactive approach.
