Job Description

Inspections & Audits:

Perform daily site inspections, oversee materials, conduct audits, and document compliance with standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

Manage submittal logs, create daily QC reports, maintain project records, and prepare closeout documents (as-builts, O&M manuals).

Meetings & Coordination:

Chair QC meetings, lead pre-construction meetings, and coordinate with superintendents, PMs, architects, and subcontractors.

Issue Resolution:

Address non-conformances, stop work if necessary for quality/safety, and implement corrective actions. Strong understanding of construction codes, standards, and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents (drawings, specs). Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and documentation. Ability to work in various site conditions (heights, noise, confined spaces).

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
